EXCELLENT Based on 1025 reviews Posted on Google Sonia KanoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The park is well managed. We got to see the big five on our first day (we did a Safari trip with Jeep for maybe 4 hours and a boat trip at the end of the day for 2 hoursPosted on Google Milan BeelenkampTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Google Bukiire Africa Wildlife SafarisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Located in Rwanda, two and a half hours drive from Kigali City, Akagera National Park ranks as one of the top Africa Savanna Parks. It is the only Savanna Park in Rwanda and has a wide range of animal population estimated at 8000 including the Big 5. The park is blessed with scenic landscapes, various vegetation covers and lakes! Activities like day and night game drives are conducted in the park, boat safaris and others! Animals likely to be encountered during your visit are Giraffes, Rhinos, Crocodiles, Hippos, Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, Elephants and many more! 2 Nights are highly recommended for a better experience! There are quite a number of accommodation facilities both in and outside the Park. Some of the accommodations include Akagera game lodge and Ruziizi tented camp among others. Be aware that you are not allowed to access the park from the North but rather the South of the Park. Without doubt the park is a bird haven for bird watchers! It is important to note that the park administration uses a cashless system. Endeavor therefore to travel with a tour company so as to avoid inconveniences. I would highly recommend the park to any person wishing to visit Africa for a safari experience.Posted on Google JosiahTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
