Kilala Plains, often referred to as “The Serengeti of Akagera”, are famous large plains located in the northern part of Akagera National Park (East of Rwanda), on Lake Rwanyakizinga.
The plains are among the largest in the national park and the most popular among visitors on a wildlife safari in Akagera National Park.
